The NOVATTC is professionally managed by our full-time table tennis Coach Lu. Coach Lu graduated from Chinese Sports and Athletic Institutes, served in the world champion Chinese National Table Tennis Team as a preparatory seed member from 1973 to 1987. He has been engaged in the professional table tennis career for over 30 years. In his successful table tennis career, he competed successfully in the Chinese provincial team level and ranked in the league of the Top 16 players in Chinese Table Tennis Open in 1975. Coach Lu has over 30 years of coaching experience!Cheng Wang was on the Hunan province team when he was in China. He has represented Hunan province in the ASEAN games and received excellent results. When he arrived in the United States, he competed in many regional and national tournaments. In these tournaments, he received numerous awards.
Jie Lu has been playing table tennis since she was 9 years old. She is now the president of the UVA Table Tennis Club.
